Labour law is a branch of law that concerns almost every business.
Hungarian labour law shall be applied with regard to employment relations where a company registered in Hungary employs employees. For this reason, labour law issues concern both domestic companies and foreign investors closely.
In labour law we undertake to work out new labour law sample documentation, redraft former labour contracts, amend existing labour contracts. Our activity includes making of related internal regulations, among others, working out cafeteria regulations or rules of using company car.
We serve employers with advice in fulfilment of their governance, controlling duties, if necessary, we prepare employers’ written instructions.
We assist employers in implementing property protection arrangements, where we pay special attention to data protection regulations protecting employees’ personal rights.
In case of termination of employment relation, we endeavour to find solutions to enable the parties to terminate the employment relation with mutual agreement to both parties’ satisfaction; yet, if necessary, we can assist with termination notices. In case of termination of employment contract, we inform our clients on possible legal consequences and make preliminary risk analysis.
In labour law disputes we represent our clients in legal proceedings.
